SANCTIONED WITHOUT CAUSE!

 This morning upon entry - at the La bibliothèque Sainte-Geneviève est une bibliothèque interuniversitaire et publique située au 10, place du Panthéon, dans le 5ᵉ arrondissement de Paris - I spoke to Stephanie to order material (Livre - Pablo Picasso : on the path to sculpture the Paris and Dinard sketchbooks of 1928 from the Marina Picasso collection): I also spoke to Axel at the front desk to collect my request. I want to make it very clear that I AM NOT TEACHING ART CLASSES NOR TAKING ANY CLASSES - I do not qualify, as I have been previously told that I can not prove my credentials... and the problem has prevailed... Upon collecting my material, I  noticed a ladies name on the collection forms not mine, it read "Lecturer, SARAH LOZANNE". I cancelled the collection and continued on to the Computer room. I was polite and miniding my own business working away on the computer and I WAS SANCTIONED... doing nothing different than anyone else there. Staff member who sanctioned me refused me his name and so did the IT Staff member yesterday when I tried to resolve Administration/IT problems.
